Wellington Wairarapa Branch AGM - Tuesday 27 June 2023

The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at Judgeford Golf Course on Tuesday 27 June 2023 at 6pm.

The Chairmans Annual Report, full AGM agenda, resolutions and information on candidates nominated will be sent to all members prior to June 27.

The business of the AGM will be:

1. Welcome and introduction of guests 
2. Introduction of sponsor of the evening
3. Apologies
4. Presentation from Guest Speaker Chris Bishop
5. Certification of minutes of 2022 Annual General Meeting
6. Consideration of Chairman's Annual Report and financials for the year ended 31 March 2023
7. Consideration of resolutions raised in the meeting
8. Discussion of any matters raised by the Chair
9. Election of branch committee
10. Review of Upcoming Calendar Events
11. Presentation of Civil Trades Certifications
12. Address from National Office
    
13. General business

Chairman
Noel Sulzberger has indicated he is seeking re-election to the position of Chairman and is available for nomination.

Executive Committee
There are positions up for election. Nominations are sought from Contractor Members and Branches for these positions.
